Meet Geofery, Our Lead

Geofery Ssebugwawo is our foreman and Aubrey’s right-hand guy who truly does it all. He is a rock-solid gentleman, deeply dedicated to his work, extremely hardworking, and genuinely kind and wise—someone who has been through a lot and brings that depth to everything he does. Geofery came to the United States from Uganda in 2019, determined to create a better life for himself and his family.

He began working with Regenerative Gardenworks in 2021 and, through his consistency, commitment, and work ethic, earned his role as foreman. In a previous chapter of his life, Geofery was a diesel truck mechanic, but he quickly picked up landscaping and gardening while working alongside Aubrey. Today, he is a skilled arborist, horticulturist, stone mason, equipment operator, and true jack of all trades.

In his free time, Geofery enjoys playing soccer, helping his friends and family, and working on his nonprofit organization created to support struggling Ugandans. His integrity, determination, intelligence, and work ethic never cease to impress, and we can’t wait to see where he helps take Regenerative Gardenworks next.
